
Dr. Gillan Chi-Lun Huang is currently an assistant professor at Department of Public Administration, Tamkang University in Taiwan. Received training in the UK in the fields of ecological economics and environmental political theory. His research interests are environmental justice; nuclear energy policy in East Asia, energy policy and environmental movement. Dr. Huang mainly conducts qualitative research and field works. Currently he works on projects on theories and practices of intergenerational justice, role of state and social impact of energy transition in
phasing out nuclear energy, and decision making of environmental governance.
